Care & maintenance
Hand-wash only with warm water and mild dish soap.
Dry immediately with a soft cloth after washing, then store upright in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Do not soak the board in water or place it in the dishwasher.
Keep away from open flames, radiators, direct sunlight, and high-temperature areas to help prevent warping or cracking.
Apply food-grade oil every 1-2 months, or whenever the bamboo surface looks dry.
To remove odors, rub the surface with half a lemon and table salt, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
