Returns & Exchanges

At Stackbear, we want you to love every product you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging, including protective inserts.
- You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
- Your return is initiated and received by our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Each item is securely shipped in a protective box, ideally the one from your original delivery. Returns shipped without protective packaging may be rejected.
Stackbear reserves the right to reject returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, or received outside of the return window.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Free gifts from promotional campaigns (unless all associated items are returned)
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms
- Items returned from outside the country of original purchase

Gift with Purchase Policy

If your order included a free gift (e.g. during a promotional campaign):
- All items must be returned to receive a full refund.
- If you would like to keep the gift, we will deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include original shipping fees, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
If the returned product was a gift, the refund will be issued as store credit to the recipient.
Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping Responsibility

- Stackbear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- All return packages must be sent in a protective shipping box.

Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above.
- If your replacement item is of a different price, you will need to pay the difference (or we will refund you the difference, if lower).
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and approved by our warehouse.
