Care & maintenance
Before washing the pot with cold water, make sure it has cooled down for at least 15 minutes.
Plecise clean with warm water and a mlld detergent, using a non-abrasive sponge or plastic brush.
Hand-dry the pot and lid rim immediately after washing.
Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended, the abrasive nalure of dishwasher detergents may dul the enamel finish and affeclthe long-tem performance of the cookware.
Regularly coat the pot with cooking oil and heat it on low. Once hot, turn off the heat and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. This creates a protective layer and enhances the pot's non-stick properties.
